Private Wellness Brno

Here at the KAREŠ ARCH studio, the project does not end with the design of the house. The same care is also given to the exterior, which is an integral part of the work as a whole, whether it is the facade’s tiles, the terrace, outdoor spa or additional buildings such as a summer kitchen or private wellness. At the request of the investors, the villa in Brno was supplemented by another building – a family spa in the garden.

The wood-clad structure includes a premium jacuzzi, sauna, a relaxation area and, of course, breathtaking views of the garden. The interior is intentionally decorated in dark tones using ambient lighting to induce an overall feeling of relaxation and a calming effect. A multitude of tiny spot lights symbolise the starry sky. The walls and ceiling are decorated with marble tiles combined with wooden acoustic panels.
