Implementation of two villas by KAREŠ ARCH in the vicinity of Ostrava

The construction company DESIGNOSTAV implemented two villas in the Ostrava region using our design. The houses are designed with reference to the functionalist tradition, both in terms of architectural design and the internal spatial arrangement of the layout. Emphasis is placed on an open common space that responds to and freely intertwines with the surrounding residential garden used by the house’s owners for relaxation.
