Study of a villa in East Bohemia

The study of a villa in East Bohemia was just handed over. As usual, we offer the client a double variant for the facade – a white facade with wooden cladding and a dark faux finish in a combination of quarry stone. The oblique angle of the house's street part respects the declining shape of the plot and at the same time adds dynamism to the building. A hallmark for us is the cantilevered living floor with a terrace that covers the parking area for two cars, including the garage entrance.
